Imec, Ghent University Show First Laser Arrays Monolithically Grown on 300mm Silicon Wafers

Imec and Ghent University presented, for the first time, arrays of indium phosphide lasers monolithically integrated on 300mm silicon substrates in a CMOS pilot line.
